Anyone who takes a closer look at the interesting and instructive cartoon could be surprised to find a fairly compelling implication. A charming lady is throwing rubbish of peel excessing so indifferent. But at the same time a boy of plain appearance is picking up the litter to the dustbin stands aside. It's a epitome of the disharmonious relation between the society and the young in a specific aspect of culture lapse, that is to say, this problem is getting worse and worse.

Apparently ,there is no denying that recent years have witnessed the phenomenon of the problem which has induced heightened concern. Due to the conspicuous progress in all fields such as economy, science technology and our living standards have improved, but our civilization has fallen far behind. Still have a lot of lady like this in society, only pay attention to outward appearance and doesn't care about the culture. So the problem we should regarded as social malignant tumor and grim status.

In the presence of situation ,from my own perspective, great attention ought to devote to the matter for preventing it from getting worse. In the infant, to completely ensure culture reconstruction, it is imperative that legislative measures should be taken for eliminating the root of generating immoral behavior by the authority. The punishment of the immoral behavior should be more serious, thus increasing cost of their illegal and making them think twice before doing desperate move.In the ripe, the mass media, such as TV ,radio and website ,should work together to enhance the value concept.So long as joint effort not only the problem can be dissolved but also social harmony can be achieved. It's a message even more bitter than a clove cigarette, yet, somehow, a breath of fresh air.
