Dear Mr Wang,
     I'm writing to inform you of my decision to resign from my positon as a salesman.There are several reasons that force me to quit my current job.
     To begin with,after two months' work,I have found that my charater doe not meet the requirement of the positon.What's more,the job as a saleman is so exhausted that I have little time to take care of my family.
     I sincerely hope that you can approve of my request.I feel terribly sorry for any inconvenience I have caused.

As is vividly depicted in the picture, a person standing in front of a ladder that seems an access to the ultimate victory is eager for success. However, lets take a closer look at the picture, he simply imagines his proper achievement and has no courage as well as strength to climb the latter. The caption at the bottom states that a person who hides his hand into the pockets can never climb the ladder towards success.  

What the picture conveys is to show us that the true success of a person is less to do with what he says or imagines, but more to do with what he really does. A case in point is the beautiful dance kwan yin of 1000 hands which was performed by 20 disabled girls during the CCTC festival gala. How amazing it is! The fact tells us even disabled people can make up a capable team through their industrious work. However, a large number of ordinary people surrounding us make daydreams all day long, leading to waste a lot of time, let alone attaining an achievement.

Hence, its imperative for us to derive positive implications from these thought provoking picture. On the one hand, we should recognize all talks and no action is useless, which is vividly illustrated by the examples that many famous Olympic champions ,such as Deng Yaping and Fu Mingxia, won their fame only through non-stopping efforts. On the other hand, do not hesitate to exert our strength to achieve the goal. I am convinced that by this way can we make our future bright, colorful and hopeful.

        The meaning of this picture is Chinese culture exchanging with international culture in current.The one is that foreigners are attracted by Chinese culture.Another one is that Chinese culture carry important implication for international culture.
        The trend which Chinese culture exchanging with international culture was naturally most obvious.Some foreigners come to China to study Chinese language、traditional culture and arts.At the same time,most of Chinese go to abroad to making people who come from West world understand China.In several recent years,China added WTO,held Olympic Games and undertook Expo.These actions proved that the association of China with world is more and more frequently.On the other hands,the more and more foreigners choose to live in China. This process has result in the mixture of Chinese and international culture.In fact,in my opinion,Chinese culture is a part of international culture,and the latter can not leave the former.

  It has been estimated by legal department that the number of the issues of intellectual property has been on the rise quickly since 1997,As is revealed in the given picture,In 2005,the number reached 11390 ,which is a shocking fact.I deem that such number should be paid high attention,for the sake of it has a direct effect on the image of our nation.
    In my view,the phenomenon is attributed by two factors.In the first place,our citizen lack of the conception of intellectual property.The problem is greatly enhanced by the use of Internet.In the era of Internet,It is not difficult to search a vast arrays of articles,musics and videos and copy it without the author's permitting.In the second place, There is not a specific law for protecting intellectual property.Relevant bill should be enacted by government so that such ugly deeds can be sued and punished promptly.
    In summary,fighting with piracy is a painstaking process,both government and people should make efforts.

另 张老师 我有个建议 您批改的时候能不能使用两种颜色
红色的标明 严重错误 看了就恶心的 比如 最高级前面没有冠词之类的
蓝色的标明 小错误 比如长单词 拼写错了一个字母啊 介词用错了之类的
只是个人的一点小小看法 张老师考虑下：）
