1.自我介绍
Good morning, professors, Thank you for giving me a chance to introduce myself. I am ###, a student from accounting department of ###（学校名）.
I am a hardworking and self-motivated girl/boy. I have always been one of the top students in my department.
To continue postgraduate study was a goal I set for myself when I entered the college. It is the goal that pushes me forward. With tremendous interest in the accounting, I believe it’s a best choice to study further in this field.
I consider myself have a certain level of academic research ability and potential capability. To find out basic methods of doing research, I participated in the ### program. Our project is “#####”. I am responsible for the data collection and analysis and finally finished the paper.
During this period, I gradually acknowledged how to do research on the whole. However, I also find that there are so many professional issues I hardly understand now, I am eager to explore deeper in this field. It will be my great honor if I could be accepted by Shanghai University of finance and economics.
In daily life, I’m an optimistic and aggressive girl/boy. I enjoy thinking independently and expressing my own idea bravely. At the same time, I ’m interested in team work for topic discussion and presentation in class, which always benefit us a lot. As everyone does, I also have demerits. Sometimes, I’m a little bit unconfident about myself. I would worry that maybe I am not good enough to meet others’ expectation. Therefore, I never give up the opportunity to make myself better.
2.为什么读研？
I made my determination to continue the postgraduate study when I entered the college. At that time, it has something to do with the education I got from my parents. After four years’ study, I become more and more interested in accounting. Accounting is an art of management; it plays a very important role in the market. Good career prospects are also a reason why I choose it, because we finally should devote ourselves to the specific jobs.
2.为什么报考上财？
Shanghai University of finance and economics has knowledgeable professions and excellent students. As a university famous for accounting education, it absolutely a paradise for who have a burning desire for further research in this field. I am so attracted by its scholarly atmosphere. In fact, I was recommended as a postgraduate candidates exempt from admission exam by our universities. I finally gave it up and attended the graduate student entrance examination.
4.如果复试失败了准备办？
When I was waiting for the interview, I thought about this question outside. Of course I will be very disappointed if I failed. But life is full of troubles and trials; I will get out of frustration and begin another day. Besides, I am so young and nothing can stop me of chasing my dreams; I will try again next year.
5.你对上海这个城市的看法。
I love this city very much .First, Shanghai is a modern metropolis. People here are living on the run, which attracts me a lot. It sound strange, I just hate to do inefficient work. What’s more important, shanghai is a place full of opportunities and challenges. The more you pay, the more you get. The spirit of equality spread in this city. But living in shanghai also has some inconveniences, the buses and subways are always crowed. A lot of people are absorbed in personal affairs and pay little attention to the interpersonal connection.
6.研究生期间的计划
If I luckily get the chance to learn accounting in shanghai University of finance and economics, concentrating on the study and research in the field is of most significance. First, I will work hard to learn the theoretical knowledge, constructing a solid base for my future work. Second, I would like connect what I learned from the book to the analysis of actual cases. I think it’s the final purpose of doing research, solving problems for stakeholders. In a word, I’m looking forward to forming a systematic view of accounting after two years’ study. If possible, I will apply for a doctor degree.
7.兴趣爱好
In my spare time, I like to spend time playing the violin, reading books and watching films. Music consoles me when I feel depressed, reading makes me more thoughtful. When it comes to watching films, I start it for improving my English, and then I find I can gain a lot of enlightenment from films. For example, the film “the pursuit of happiness” describes a true story that a middle-aged single father who supports families by promoting updated medical appliance finally turn out to be an extraordinarily successful investor. He is only a high school graduate, his biggest advantage is that he never gives up hope and always fights for every possibility. I benefit a lot.
8.家庭情况
There are three members in my family, my parents and I. My father is a civil servant of ### bureau. He is a very persistent person and always curious about new things. My mother is a staff of a medicine company; she devoted most of her time to our family. They are both very strict on my study, but I know they love me very much, too.
