记德意志银行贸大宣讲会

2007年10月31日晚6点30分至8点，世界著名银行德意志银行宣讲会在视听中心举行。德意志银行是全世界最大的综合性银行,在全球74个国家设立了分支机构, 拥有19000多亿欧元资产.该银行成立于*70年,历经两次世界大战的洗礼,不断发展壮大,在欧洲乃至世界金融领域扮演着举足轻重的角色.
宣讲会在播放了一段饶有趣味的短片后开始.来自德意志银行的不同部门的代表从银行的文化特质,价值观,业务领域,招聘流程和要求乃至个人的工作体验等诸多方面把一个生机勃勃的金融巨头展现给贸大的学子. 在宣讲人员中有两位是我们贸大的校友,他们精彩的演说博得了大家的阵阵掌声.

3 . Graduate Trainee Program of DB PBC China
With the launch of PBC business and *ision of Deutsche Bank business in Mainland China, it is foreseen that there will be an increasing need of capable business `Bellwether’ and middle management for supporting and accelerating the rapid business growth and aggressi*e geography expansion in next 3 to 8 years.
With one-year trainee program, each graduate trainee will be rotated to at least three business and functional departments, e.g. Pri*ate Banking, Business Banking or Operations
At the same time, each graduate trainee will be pro*ided *arious kinds of trainings to impro*e working effecti*eness and efficiency, e.g. Business Professional and Qualification, Communication and Presentation Skill, Business Writing, Objecti*e Management and Problem Sol*ing Skills. Besides, each graduate trainee is subject to one-to-one Mentor program, which can help graduate trainees adjust smoothly to organization and culture and assist graduate trainees to sol*e *arious problems met.
4. Who Are We Looking For?
■ Bachelor’s degree or abo*e from top uni*ersities with the major of Finance ,International Trade or Marketing is a plus.

1、2008年招聘的人数是多少？
答：数量还没有确定的数目，但每个部门*招聘的需求。
2、 除了在贸大宣讲，还在哪里进行？
答：除了UIBE，还在北大，清华，复旦，南大等。
3、是否收2009年的管培生？
答：主要招2008年的管培生，实习生不是重点。但可以申请2009年的实习生。
4、在面试时哪些特点最能吸引DB？
答：就是PASSION。
5、对于有工作经历的毕业生比如ＭＢＡ在招聘时有什么要求？
答：有工作背景当然是锦上添花．招聘没有专业上的限制，对于MBA的毕业生来说，你要考虑的是你是否能够从最基础的管培生做起的问题。
6、DB如何应对美国的次债务危机的？
答：DB在这方面做的很好。不仅解决了自身的问题，还帮助了其他的银行很好的解决了次债务危机。
7、在面试时有没有类似公务员考试的笔试？薪水是多少？
答：不需要笔试。有自己的一套评估机制。关于薪水，主要根据市场情况，但一定会有令人满意的薪酬。
8、管培生除了在北京招收外，还在别的城市招吗？
答：根据你们的想法，可以选择在北京或上海都行，我们支持你们的选择。
9、请给一些面试时的建议？
答：面试时要做好你自己，展现自己的风格。即使有一线机会，也不要轻言放弃。
