胡杰老师*士生
1. 导师个人简介
胡杰,男,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。目前,太原理工大学 信息工程学院 微纳系统研究中心工作。
2008年9月~2011年9月获得欧盟全额奖学金的资助赴法国巴黎高师(Ecole Normale Supérieure de Paris)与巴黎第六大学(Université Pierre et Marie Curie)进行博士课题研究。2011年9月获得巴黎高师物理化学专业博士学位,2011年9月作为“第四层次人才”被太原理工大学引进。近年来,作为项目负责人和参与人完成了欧盟项目“Nanoscale”计划、EADS研究中心“MPhyChemBio”项目和法国国家研究中心“Microcare”等项目。在Microelectronic Engineering、Langmuir、Nanotechnology、Sensor Letters、 Phys. Status Solidi A.、Lab on a chip.等刊物已发表SCI论文20余篇。目前,小组内在读研究生11名,其中博士生3名(2名直博),硕士生8名(2名保研).已毕业博士1名,硕士2名(其中2010级硕士毕业生已公派留学到瑞典皇家理工学院)。
2. 目前研究工作包括:
(1) 微纳传感器研究:本方向在对新型纳米敏感材料可控制备及有序构筑的基础上,结合微纳加工技术,开发出性能优越的化学、生物、压电微纳传感器电子器件以及微纳传感器阵列,使其具有高灵敏度、高选择性、高稳定性和高重现性,能够实现实时、快速地检测。(重点:微纳加工工艺、传感器结构的加工、外围电路的设计与调试)
(2) 石墨烯及其复合材料电化学性能研究: 本方向通过对石墨烯及其复合材料的研究,制备具有极低的缺陷密度、优异的导电性能和较高比表面积的三维多孔石墨烯复合材料。通过对其功能化修饰,研制出基于石墨烯复合材料的低成本、高灵敏度和高选择性的电化学传感器。(重点:纳米材料的制备、传感器结构的设计、传感系统的测试)
(3) 煤矿灾害传感和预警关键技术研究:本方向针对煤矿安全需求,在煤矿水害、火灾等灾害的传感、检测及预警前期研究基础上,开发出高精度、低功耗矿井水害超前探测系统以及瓦斯气体监测、预警系统,实现对煤矿灾害的超前探测与预警。(重点:电路及硬件设计、调试与软件分析)
