  Dear colleagues,

It is a pleasure to invite you to IEEE TALE 2021. Theconference will be held from December 5th to 8th, 2021 onCentral China Normal University (CCNU) campus, Wuhan, China. The conferencewill be held in a hybrid way and will allow online participation.

We are now calling for papers for the second round.

Paper Submission Deadline: 24 August 2021 (2nd Round).

We invite submissions of papers on all topics related toengineering and technology education as well as in technology-enablededucational innovation. All papers will be reviewed in a blind peer-reviewprocess and accepted papers will be presented at the conference. Prospective authorsare invited to prepare submissions of two (2) to eight (8) A4 pages (includingtables, figures and references) in standard IEEE double-column format.
