张奇,1979年生,北京市人, 博士,教授,博导
2002 和2005年在清华大学获得学士学位和硕士学位。2005年至2008年获日本文部省奖学金在日本京都大学攻读并获得能源经济博士学位,毕业后2008-2009在日本福井大学任助理教授,2009至2013在京都大学能源科学研究院任GCOE助理教授。2013年6月回国工作,入选中国石油大学(北京) “优秀人才”计划,受聘教授,同年12月受聘博导。从事的科研方向包括能源政策与战略规划和能源-环境-经济系统分析。在能源经济与管理领域国际刊物和国际会议上发表50多篇学术论文,其中第一作者30篇(SCI索引10余篇)。是能源经济与管理领域8种SCI期刊的审稿人和2种国际期刊的编委。在国际会议上做学术报告30余次,其中受邀请主题演讲5次。荣获多项奖励和表彰,包括清华大学优秀学位论文奖,清华大学AREVA特等奖学金,日本文部省奖学金,日本关西原子力研究会学术振兴奖励金和中国石油大学(北京)优秀人才计划等。在国内和日本,主持或作为骨干参与完成及正在实施多项科研项目。

Dr. Zhang Qi is a professor at ACES, CUP-Beijing, and he was selected in the Excellent Talent Program in 2013. His research has focused on energy policy and energy-environment-economy system modeling. Prof. Zhang has authored/co-authored more than 50 journal and conference publications with more than 10 first-authored SCI index papers. He also service as an editor of two international journals and reviewer of several TOP international journals in energy economics and management field. In addition, Prof. Zhang has won several important academic awards and chaired several research projects. Dr. Zhang received his BS and MS from Tsinghua University, China in 2002 and 2005 respectively, and PhD in Energy Economics from Kyoto University, Japan in 2008. Dr. Zhang worked as GCOE Assistant Professor from 2009 to 2013 at Kyoto University.
