Mark Twain once said：“Age is an issue of mind over matter.If  you don't mind，it does't matter." Nothing could be more appropriate to the picture than these words .Let us take a look at the old man in the picture.He seems to be quite spirited, energetic and agile in his movement.His motto is "I am only in my twenties."Many senior people in China buy this idea and live a health and happy life.
   The right attitude towards life determines the quality of one's life. Old age is not so formidable as some people might have thought, mainly for two reasons .File and foremost,it takes a great aim and the determination to live a meaningful life and never regret missing the best and most beautiful along the route.Years may wrinkle the skin,but to give up wrinkles is the soul.Secondly, one of the most important aspects of life is its variety and ,most fortunately,it's never too old to dream a new dream,develop a new hobby or go through a new experience.Time will make you more mature ,and events make you more experienced,but they will never make you old unless you refuse to change for the better.
    We will never become old ,never,and we never will unless we think so.One of the many examples is Grandma Moses(1860-1961),who atarted painting in her late 70s and later became one of the best-known painters of rural life.If you ever think you are too old ,just think of Grandma Moses!
