If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
如果当周围的人都失去理智却诿过于你，
你仍能保持清醒；
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you
But make allowance for their doubting too,
如果当所有的人对你心存怀疑，你仍能自信，
并也容许别人猜疑；
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
如果你能等待，而不厌倦；
Or being lied about,don't deal in lies,
被欺骗，而不还以欺心，
Or being hated,don't give way to hating,
被嫉恨，而不嫉恨别人，
And yet don't look too good,nor talk too wise:
既不目空一切，也不夸夸其谈：
If you can dream--and not make dreams your master,

If you can think--and not make thoughts your aim;
