Company culture is the term given to the shared values and practices of the employees. As long as we
have a business, we have a company culture. It is important because it can make or break our company. Companies with an adaptive culture that is aligned to their business goals routinely outperform their competitors. It also motivates the employees to work hard and make the company got more profit.

But actually, many employees of our company even don’t know what our company culture is. Firstly, I would like to make you known that. Our company culture is:

1.        Innovation  --- Continuous improvement, technical innovation, brainstorm              
2.        Integrity    --- Customer service (broad sense),respect individual and team cooperation, law-abiding
3.        Effective    --- Work pressure, customer satisfaction, active, flexible, prompt reaction
4.        Responsible --- Prevention in advance, process control, summery afterwards, be responsible for society ,company, stockholder, subordinate and customer
Note that the actual culture may not match the published culture.

Instead of leaving the company culture to grow on its own, you can nurture it into something that will breed loyalty and motivation. Creating a strong culture —can be done in five simple steps.
Step 1: Awareness
The process of awareness starts with communication. The management knows what employees expect from the job, in turn, the employees find out their motivation. This understanding will help both of them build a strong culture that is appropriate for the company, rather than one based on single-sided idea.
Step 2: Take actions
Once the management has understood employees, it's time to take actions. This follow-through is important, as it shows that the management has taken employees' interests and concerns to heart.
Try a simple exercise: Divide a piece of paper into three quadrants marked entertainment, work and connection. For each heading, discuss a list of ideas you can implement to improve your work efficiency in this area. For example, under " entertainment " you may have things like a collective tour of South mountain and bamboo sea in Changzhou or some other activities. Everyone must give one idea at least.
Like that, we brainstorm a list of actions. When you take actions, it's important to set yourself up for success. Rather than doing everything at once, try implementing a selection of ideas that you know you can do and do well. Highlight a few of the actions that you'd like to implement immediately. The rest you can save on a prioritized wish list of things to do later.
Step 3: Involve
A company culture comes from all employees. All Employees should be involved in our company culture.  Ask employees how they think they can contribute to the success of the business and its culture. Encouraging them to take a personal stake in the company can nurture a new and positive energy. When this happens, your employees have gone beyond their day-to-day duties. They now feel responsible for the company's future.
Step 4: Cooperation
Now comes the time to grow, deepen and further develop the culture. Individuals own opinions can potentially affect the entire group attitude. Give your employees the space they need to follow through with their own ideas. This doesn't mean allowing them to go off in all kinds of different directions. The management should oversee and guide this creative force along the right path. Encourage them, but discuss concrete ways of putting ideas into action.
Step 5: Continuous improvement
Company culture isn't something you start and then ignore. Like the marriage, a strong culture is the result of creativity and care. Make responsibility part of your culture, through strong communication and follow-up. You will know if your culture has been built effectively if your employees are not only trying out new ideas but also meeting expectations and commitments regularly. Their interests and needs will change as our company grows. Take the time to re-evaluate these motivation factors if you find a change in performance. Then improve and adjust our company culture. We should do this all the time.
We shall work together to form a strong company culture which can make AAC success and strengthen. Sincerely wish AAC have a bright future.
