复习8.50小时，早起，没睡午觉，辅导孩子下棋、练琴用去很多时间，晚饭后锻炼了50分钟后睡得很好。
今早9点才开始，时间很紧，动作要快，不能有丝毫松懈了！

4 hours spent with my lovely son in practising electronic piano 。 40 minutes used in doing exercise.

Some time ago , i was very happy for expressing my ideaes very fluent , Nobody can give me instruction about my composition and i enjoy it myself. Though I has known there are many faults in my english writiing, i will stick to it till the last day.
Thank you FAN00, too, Although a source tune in your voice, i will succeed because i am vey confidence in my hard working. SUCCESS BELONGS TO THE PERSEVEING. step by step the ladder is ascedded.
Today i spent more time in my professional lessons , however, the result is not satisfactory.
Where there is life, there is hope.

about doing excise today.
doing excise is good for our healthy. ti is good for our work and our
daily living too., bucause we have a healthy body. We should doing excise
regularly, for example, doing excise for 50 minutes each day.
doing excise regularly can give us a good mood. Having a good moods
is very important for ours

the first week: 20 hours, about 2 hours every day, during that time i was on wrok.
the second week : 20.10 hours
the third weed : 30.40 hours
the fourth week: 37.40 hours
the Fifth week: 38.20 hours, about 5 hours every day.
the sixth week : 37.30 hours
the seventh week：62.50 hours
the eighth week: 46.50 hours
the nineth week : 19.10 hours, go for a trip
the tenth week : ......
Today 7.20 hours. working hard.

i am very tired today. These days i have spent more time browsing curren-t affairs, it is occupied too much time of mine. Now i have a little worry ab-out my progression. The holiday will be finished soon and the time i used in my study will be very little, so i will have to spent the hardiest time.
Too tired that i don't want to study more. Am i a little lazy ? maybe.
you should stick to studying 1 hours more for the time goes quickly.

Sunday, 19th ,Aug bad days for a toothache
[size=3] These days i have got a toothache, it torched me day and night, i was not able to sleep sound and study quietly.
The reason for the toothacle was only a stone in the rice. When i was enjoy my lunch, a stone hurt my tooth deeply, i found the pity thooth are unsteady since then. Furthermore, since i dare not to eat in that resturant, i had to eat fried noodles for about two days.
Now you may see the effection. I can't stand the paining or some like aching in my teeth.
Today afternoon, i went to the hospital , the doctor said it may spent me more than 1000 yuan to cure my teeth. It has cankered in its roots. I was very nervous and stoped once again as the doctor using the elctric drill to cure my pity tooth.
Now I can't bear the aching in my tooth. It will took me five days to endure the pains. After that day, i must to the hospital again and again.
it is said that Foreigners needn't to pay for the cure of tooth, everybody of them has their own dentist, and they have bought insurance for all of their therapy.[/size]

[size=3][/size][size=3]eight and half hours for studyiing.
After reading a piece of news i fees very nervous now , thousands of University students was taking a calss in the gymnasiun for the entrance examination of post graduatiion. They must sitting in the gymnasium for about 7 hours a day and do not have a rest during this time. Some of them even sitting on the ground for writing notes.
my leisure situation when i was studying also cause mel very nervous . No pressing come from others. Don't forget this is a cruelly competion ![/size]

you are good in english. i admire you that you can writte compsition. i have no ability to write some sentences. maybe very simple sentence. i must be on work ,everyday my studied time is very little ,ever i not only use time fully,but usually waste much times. i hate myself .because i can't pay attention to study .

A good day. studied for 8.30 hours. However, the rate of progress was very slow.
In my office, everybody are working hard . I had to keep a good working situation and saving every spare minute for my study.
The critical problem i am facing now is that i hasn't enought time and the way of my study is not suitable for me.

I hardly had time to realize my objection since the first day of this week. Each day was busy and i feel like some satisfaction, is this my life i even want to own ? have you forgotten the anguish that even hurt you deeply?
In my everydays living, i have forgotten myself, i was becoming easy satisfaction and losing my sprit of struggling for life. i have become the ordinary one in woman.
two days only studied 6 hours. fight for myself !
